Was Kunden sagen
Die FLEXBOX von FLEXOPTIX ist wirklich ein geniales Gerät. Mit ihrer Hilfe können wir Transceiver für eine Vielzahl von Herstellern programmieren, ohne dabei auf spezifische SFPs angewiesen zu sein. Das spart uns nicht nur Zeit und Kosten, sondern reduziert auch den Verwaltungsaufwand erheblich. Die benutzerfreundliche App bietet zahlreiche nützliche Funktionen, wie Power Meter, Wavelength Tuning und Distance Analyzer, die den Arbeitsalltag spürbar erleichtern. Dank FLEXOPTIX müssen wir keine verschiedenen SFPs mehr auf Lager halten - ein paar universelle Transceiver reichen aus. Das ist für uns ein enormer Mehrwert, sowohl intern als auch für unsere Kunden. Die FLEXBOX ist definitiv eine der besten Entwicklungen im Netzwerkbereich seit langem!
Für ein Projekt war geplant das der Kunde seine DAC Kabel verwendet um sich an unsere Switche anzuschließen. Da es aber Seiten des Kunden schon mehrmals Probleme gab, haben wir uns dazu entschieden mit der FLEXBOX und dem 10G SFP+ SR Modulen eine Ausweichmöglichkeit zu bieten.
Wichtig dabei war das wir mit den Modulen mehrere Switch Hersteller abdecken konnten, da nicht alle verwendeten Hersteller bekannt waren.
Mit der FLEXBOX konnten wir in sekundenschnelle die Module auf den entsprechenden Hersteller konfigurieren.
Durch das Mobility Pack mit Bluetooth und der Android App ist das ein sehr einfacher und schneller Vorgang. Durch USB-C am Pack brauchen wir auch weniger Kabel mitzuschleppen.
FLEXOPTIX bietet uns große Flexibilität bei den SFP+-Modulen. Wir müssen nicht für jeden Anbieter, den wir verwenden, einen Lagerbestand vorhalten und uns gehen nie die Transceiver für einen Hersteller aus, wenn wir schnelle Anpassungen an unserem Backbone vornehmen müssen. Die FLEXBOX ist auch ein großartiges Debugging-Tool zur Messung von dB-Werten und zum Testen von Transceivern, wenn die angeschlossene Hardware dies nicht bietet! Da die FLEXBOX-App auf verschiedenen Geräten verfügbar ist, ist es jedem unserer Mitarbeiter möglich, einen Transceiver schnell neu zu konfigurieren. Ob mit einem Mac, mit einem Windows-PC oder mit einem iPhone direkt vor dem Rack, man ist immer gerüstet.

Bereits seit mehreren Jahren setzen wir erfolgreich Transceiver von FLEXOPTIX bei unseren Kunden und im eigenen Netz ein. Mit der FLEXBOX werden die Qualität, das exzellente Preis/Leistungsverhältnis und der gute Support um eine neue Dimension erweitert - die Freiheit, jederzeit den richtigen Tranceiver griffbereit zu haben; und sogar ganze Infrastrukturen umzustellen ohne neue Transceiver-Hardware zu benötigen. Auch ist die Box sehr wertig und stabil gefertigt, was meinen von den Transceivern gewonnen Eindruck bestätigt.
