Was Kunden sagen
Bereits seit mehreren Jahren setzen wir erfolgreich Transceiver von FLEXOPTIX bei unseren Kunden und im eigenen Netz ein. Mit der FLEXBOX werden die Qualität, das exzellente Preis/Leistungsverhältnis und der gute Support um eine neue Dimension erweitert - die Freiheit, jederzeit den richtigen Tranceiver griffbereit zu haben; und sogar ganze Infrastrukturen umzustellen ohne neue Transceiver-Hardware zu benötigen. Auch ist die Box sehr wertig und stabil gefertigt, was meinen von den Transceivern gewonnen Eindruck bestätigt.
Wir sind auf die FLEXOPTIX FLEXBOX durch den persönlichen Austausch innerhalb der Bechtle Gruppe aufmerksam geworden und müssen sagen wir sind von den Einsatzmöglichkeiten begeistert.
Unsere Network Engineers lieben die FLEXBOX jetzt schon, da einfach immer der „Passende Gbic“ dabei ist und wir somit in der Lage sind die zugesicherten SLA`s bei unseren Kunden zu halten oder gar zu übertreffen.
Wir sind in einem mehrjährigen Projekt zur Migration unserer Netzwerkinfrastruktur. Die programmierbaren Transceiver sollen uns dabei helfen zukünftig sehr viel Elektroschrott zu vermeiden. Positiv bisher: Die Anbindung und Programmierung per IOS und Windows App gelang mit der FlexBox sofort und ohne Probleme. Der Support hat schnell auf Anfragen reagiert und uns auf die richtige Konfiguration hingewiesen. Der Support hat für eines unsere DAC Kabel die Programmierung der Transceiver angepasst, so dass diese sauber erkannt werden. Der Bestellprozess passt gut zu unseren Bedürfnissen. Bisher sind wir sehr zufrieden!
Warum haben wir so lange die teuren original SFPs gekauft?
Die SFPs von FLEXOPTIX funktionieren genauso gut und sind blitzschnell mit der FLEXBOX programmiert wenn man mal eben was deployen muss.

Support und Lieferzeiten sind auch aller erste Klasse. Die FLEXBOX funktioniert sogar mit Linux :)
