Was Kunden sagen
Die FLEXBOX ist ein mächtiges Gerät was heute angekommen ist und sich direkt bezahlt gemacht hat.
Ich musste aufgrund einer sehr dynamischen/schnellen Änderung von Anforderungen andere Switche bzw. weitere Switche bestellen und habe direkt die passenden Module parat ohne mir Kopfschmerzen machen zu müssen, das ich weitere kaufen muss.
Durch die FLEXBOX konnte ich außerdem durch den Powermeter eine „defekte“ bzw. nicht saubere LWL Leitung feststellen, wodurch die Verbindung instabil war.
Ich habe FLEXOPTIX damals in meiner Dienstleister-Zeit (als Mitarbeiter) auch schon sehr gerne genutzt und werde FLEXOPTIX jedem weiter empfehlen der SFP/SFP+ Module oder entsprechende Kabel benötigt. Allein die Deutsche Qualität spricht für sich.
Soeben hatten wir so ein Fall wo wir sehr glücklich darüber sind, eine FLEXBOX mit UNIVERSAL SFP's zu haben.
Ein Ausfall im Netzwerk bei einem unserer Kunden hat uns aus dem wohlverdienten Feierabend geholt. Eine Glasstrecke ist ausser Betrieb weil ein Switch den Geist aufgegeben hat. Da der Ersatzswitch aus unserem Lager von einem anderen Hersteller ist, sind wir froh, da einen herstellerspezifischen SFP (nach dem programmieren mit der FLEXBOX) einstecken zu können und die ausgefallene Strecke so wieder in Betrieb nehmen können.
Die FLEXOPTIX gibt uns die Flexibilität auch mit weniger Ersatzteile an Lager haben zu müssen. Cooles Ding ....Danke...
Wir sind in einem mehrjährigen Projekt zur Migration unserer Netzwerkinfrastruktur. Die programmierbaren Transceiver sollen uns dabei helfen zukünftig sehr viel Elektroschrott zu vermeiden. Positiv bisher: Die Anbindung und Programmierung per IOS und Windows App gelang mit der FlexBox sofort und ohne Probleme. Der Support hat schnell auf Anfragen reagiert und uns auf die richtige Konfiguration hingewiesen. Der Support hat für eines unsere DAC Kabel die Programmierung der Transceiver angepasst, so dass diese sauber erkannt werden. Der Bestellprozess passt gut zu unseren Bedürfnissen. Bisher sind wir sehr zufrieden!
Wir sind durch unser HCI-Cluster Projekt mit Thomas-Krenn auf FLEXOPTIX gestoßen. Einfach flashbare SFP+ Module für unsere über Jahre gewachsene heterogene Netzwerkstrukturen?
