What customers say
I wanted to take a moment to provide some feedback regarding the on-site programming capabilities of your FLEXOPTIX product. I must say that being able to program SFPs on-site according to our specific requirements has been an incredibly valuable feature for our network infrastructure. The convenience and efficiency it offers have exceeded our expectations.
One of the standout benefits we have experienced is the rapid deployment it enables. Being able to respond quickly to changing network needs without having to wait for orders from different vendors has significantly reduced our deployment time. This has improved our operational efficiency and allowed us to be more agile in meeting our organization's evolving demands.
Moreover, the cost savings we have achieved through on-site programming have been remarkable. By eliminating the need to order pre-configured SFPs from various vendors, we have saved on shipping costs, streamlined our inventory management, and bypassed vendor-specific pricing structures. This flexibility has positively impacted our budgeting and overall equipment expenses.
This is simply a brilliant idea and product! Thank you!
Extensive list of supported vendors.
Your product is like a Swiss Army Knife that all Engineers should have!!
Great Job and keep it up!
We are using FLEXOPTIX industrial grade transceivers in our control systems for power electronics and converters. The FLEXBOX is an invaluable tool, making it super easy and quick to configure transceivers. Even larger numbers can be configured easily with the batch configure option, just plug them in one after the other and the rest happens automatically. The power meter, source control and OTDR features are helpful for lab testing or during commissioning. Thanks, FLEXOPTIX for providing universal transceivers of a high quality at decent prices! Your lightning-fast order processing and shipping speed is also impressive.
Everything is build for and runs in the cloud today, the Aviatrix Multicloud solution as well.
Still, we have customers asking for a highperformance encryption from “their” premises to the cloud and this is where our CloudN appliances come into play.
If customers ask us to support the installation of our appliances, we’ll do everything we can to help. And then it’s good to know that if you sneak into a datacenter, you can rely on FLEXOPTIX to even fulfil that connection(s) that are terminating on a device that was missing or has changed in the architecture you discussed before.
Thanks for the brilliant service!
