Flexbox Beta Terms & Conditions

Preorder

Completing the purchase process in the Webshop for a Flexbox signs you up for the preorder. During the Beta, Flexoptix GmbH will announce the public release of the new Flexbox through its usual social media channels. On that day, your preorder will be processed. Orders will be fulfilled in the order they were placed, with preorders handled first, followed by regular orders while supplies last.

Beta

Signing up for the Beta program grants you immediate access to the new Flexbox and software. Each customer is eligible for only one Flexbox during the Beta. Flexoptix GmbH reserves the right to decline access to the beta program at any time and for any reason. We offer three options for participating in the Beta program.

• Either you return the Flexbox within two weeks after the end of the Beta at no charge.
• Or, you can keep the Flexbox at a 50% discount as a thank-you for participating in the Beta.
• Alternatively, you may keep the Flexbox for free by providing detailed weekly reports throughout the Beta. After the Beta, you’ll submit a final, compelling review that we may publish on our website and social media.
