At FLEXOPTIX, we are making work more transparent - we are happy to announce the release of our new Service Desk for our Customer Service!

Involve your team - Share tickets and opt-in to existing conversations with your company and colleagues.

Account & Login

For now you will need to create a new account for the Service Desk to login.

Do you prefer working in your mail client?

No problem: Just send an email to service@flexoptix.net.

This will automatically create a new ticket in the Service Desk. All further (mail-)replies will be added to the corresponding ticket.

You can also activate your account and work in our Service Desk later on.

Our vision is to have all of your inquiries in one place. This is why we are constantly evolving the ticket types in our Service Desk (our currently available ticket types are below).
