FLEXBOX User Management

 

If multiple people in your company use Flexboxes and you need to control who can access which Flexbox, this User Management update is for you.
You can now manage users and Flexboxes using roles (Admin, User) and groups. When management is enabled, access is limited to Flexboxes assigned via groups. When it’s disabled, all Flexboxes remain visible to everyone in your company account.

If you have Admin access 
The first user account in a company is automatically assigned the Admin role; all later accounts default to the User role. The last Admin can’t be deleted, ensuring your company always has admin access.

Users tab:

  • See all users in your company
  • Grant or revoke admin access
  • Remove users from the company account

Groups tab:

  • Create and delete groups
  • Assign Flexboxes and users to groups

Settings tab:

  • Enable management
    • On: Access is limited to Flexboxes assigned via groups.
    • Off: All users can access all Flexboxes 

If you have User access

You won’t see User Management. Your access is handled by an Admin, and you’ll see only the Flexboxes assigned to you.

That’s it! Set up roles, organize users into groups, and you’ll always know who can access each Flexbox.
