Before we knew FLEXOPTIX, we always stocked various types of transceivers from different brands. Now, several years later, we have completely switched to FLEXOPTIX's universal transceivers since we can simply brand these ourselves using the FLEXBOX. Along with their broad product range and very fast shipping, they are an awesome company to deal with!

Programming FLEXOPTIX modules with the portable FLEXBOX took only a few minutes with an Android phone. No need for a laptop to quickly reprogram on-site.The app is very intuitive, no-nonsense and very fast.
We deployed the first BiDI LX modules and DAC-Cables in our Cisco equipment without any issues. This makes life so much easier in the field!

The SFP are exactly like promise on the web page, and the configuration tool is so amazing. I worked years with SFP and optical fiber and this tool is so great. It include a power meter an OTDR and allow to diagnose and configure the SFP for many vendors. It will help us in our research and also to manage our LAN.

We use FLEXOPTIX modules for years with different networking hardware. Amazing and very stable products without any issues. Preparing a big network project with several switch vendors it was time to do the next step and order a FLEXBOX. Now we can be much more flexible that before and the provided tools are fast, stable, easy to use and as stable as all other FLEXOPTIX producs. All in all - highest recommendation!

The flashing is very quick and you can configure it to flash multiple devices in a row. Definitely well worth it.

The flexbox has been an amazing tool for our Equinix AM5 deployments, we have used many brands previously however the flexbox was superior right from the start, especially when working in the datacenter and not needing to hold my laptop in my hand but my phone, which is just amazing for rapid deployments.

It works fabulously simple and fast.
You start by sorting out what type of transceivers you need. Best using the time to charge up the mobility packet which comes with 0% precharge.After that just connect in the app via BT and start reconfiguring your cable.
It actually took me longer to find out what type of config my switch liked then the actual time the box takes to reprogramm the transceiver
This solved an actual pain point in our infrastructure which otherwise could probably only would have been solved by unifying our complete network stack.
A perfect solution for naturally growing IT infrastructures.
The Mobility Pack basically means, that you can do all the cool things with the Flexbox but in style from the comort of your phone screen.
So I did. And I felt extremely stylish in doing so.
Especially in areas where you do not have the room for a 14 inch screen or let alone a laptop with cables, this littly buddy is a godsend.
If you need to look stuff up your BT connection will time out at some point. Just restart the app and everything will pic up right where it should.
I used the same pic as for my feedback of the FLEXBOX as I use them in tandem. hope it doesn’t raise any issues.

The SFPs easily integrated with our existing network equipment, ensuring cross-vendor compatibility. The build quality is very good.Connecting to the FLEXBOX with an Android phone took only a few seconds, and configuring the SFPs was a breeze. We really liked the ability to configure multiple SFPs at once. Shipping is incredibly fast. Support is friendly, technical and helpful.
