Product Discontinuation - FLEXBOX V2

FLEXOPTIX 3. Feb 2026

Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you that our product FLEXBOX V2 will be discontinued as of July 30, 2026 and will no longer be supported from this date.

After 15 successful years, the FLEXBOX V2 is entering its well-deserved retirement. Throughout this entire time, the product has always received all developments and new features and has been a loyal and reliable tool for our customers. For an IT device, this is an exceptionally long lifespan – and we are very proud of it. However, the capabilities of our newest FLEXBOX 5 exceed the capacities of the V2 to such an extent that we can no longer continue support. Farewell, V2.

If you want to ensure that your device is recycled in the best possible way, you are welcome to return it through our partner take-e-way. They will take care of proper and environmentally friendly disposal.
