New Shop Feature: cXML PunchOut

We have enabled cXML PunchOut support in our web shop!

What is cXML PunchOut?

cXML is a standard for communication between procurement applications, e-commerce hubs and suppliers. A PunchOut website is a ecommerce website with the special ability to communicate directly with a procurement system through cXML and return a pending purchase order back to the buyer so they don't need to enter product information in the procurement system. PunchOut is supported by many procurement applications like Coupa, Ariba and Oracle Cloud.

What are the benefits of PunchOut?

• Up-to-date product information like stock and prices are available.
• No Maintenance: After entering the login data in your procurement application, PunchOut can be used in the long run.
• Save time and reduce errors, like e.g. typos because the data do not have to be copied manually to your system.

 

How to activate PunchOut for the Flexoptix web shop

For enabling PunchOut, contact our web team: webteam@flexoptix.net. Our web team will enable it for you so that you only have to enter the access data in your system in order to make use of PunchOut.
