FlexoptixBuff Design Challenge 2026

Since 2012, one piece of Flexoptix merch quietly became part of Internet infrastructure culture.

The Buff.

It travelled through datacenters. Across IXPs. Into NOG meetings. Onto conference stages. Through airports, late-night deployments and probably more than a few broken maintenance windows.

Over the years, it became something we never really planned: a community icon.

And now it's time for the next generation. Welcome to the "Flexoptix Buff Design Challenge." 

This time, the community designs the next legend.
