Terms of Use "FREE FLEXSOX campaign"

1. By participating in the FREE FLEXSOX campaign and checking "I accept the conditions", you accept the following terms.
2. FLEXOPTIX may or may not accept your request for participation in FREE FLEXSOX campaign.
3. In case FLEXOPTIX decides to accept your request, the customer (for who you ordered) will receive a FLEXSOX free of charge (plus delivery charges) under the following conditions:
   You will send feedback in the form of text and optionally a photograph on https://www.flexoptix.net/flexbox-feedback within two weeks after receiving the FLEXSOX. This feedback will be published on www.flexoptix.net. There is no right to publication. If you object to future publication, FLEXOPTIX reserves the right to reclaim the FLEXSOX or invoice the customer for it with the then current retail price.
4. The campaign is limited to one FREE FLEXSOX per company or organization.
5. You are obliged to provide your name and optional photograph. See item 14 of our privacy policy for other matters.
6. You, respectively the customer, gives FLEXOPTIX the right to use your feedback text and photograph ("data" hereafter) indefinitely and worldwide for online publications. You, respectively the customer has to provide this unencumbered with third-party rights and guarantee FLEXOPTIX that you are the exclusive owner of all provided data or you are otherwise entitled (e.g. by written consent of the copyright holder) to publish the content on the website of FLEXOPTIX and to provide the usage and exploitation rights.
7. You, respectively the customer, indemnifies FLEXOPTIX against all claims by third parties concerning possible infringements of exclusion or usage rights (particularly in regard to trademarks, tags, copyrights, personal rights and other rights) which result from the usage of data provided according to these regulations. The parties shall notify each other without undue delay if any claims are raised against either party.
