Delivery & Shipment - Our shipping options
Standard Delivery Services
We ship via UPS and have negotiated special collection times for you. Deliveries are collected at 17:00 hours, to allow us to do pick orders right up to 16:00 hours. (Clearly, the sooner you place your order, the more likely it is that we get everything ready in time for despatch). In 95% of cases, parcels destined for Germany, arrive within one day. Deliveries to the UK, The Netherlands, Austria and Switzerland, take up to two days to reach their destination.
Post paid delivery within Europe (EU Countries) for an order value of 1000€ or more (net worth).
Orders shipping to Germany with an order value below 1000€ will be charged 10€ (exclusive of VAT).
Orders shipping to EU Countries with an order value below 1000€ will be charged 25€ (exclusive of VAT).
Despatch of orders to non-EU countries are charged 35€ (Export).
Express Delivery Services
If requested, we can deliver within 24 hours to anywhere in Europe. Express deliveries can be shipped via UPS and TNT. If you send in your order after 16:00 hours and still want it to be shipped the same day, please call us, there is always a solution.
Germany
30€ (exclusive of VAT) for delivery before 12:00am.
50€ (exclusive of VAT) for delivery before 10:30am.
100€ (exclusive of VAT) for delivery before 9:00am.
EU / EG
50€ (exclusive of VAT) for delivery between 10:30am and 12:00am.
Exporting countries (prices vary depending on weight of the shipment, please inquire individually)
65€ for Export Express Shipment to Switzerland and Norway
80€ for Export Express Shipment to the USA, South Africa and Gibraltar
150€ for Export Express Shipment to Australia and New Zealand
Super Express Delivery Services
If time is your biggest enemy, we can offer you a very special personal service. You can either collect the order directly from us by visiting our head office near Frankfurt, or we can send Thomas to deliver the order in person to you - "RemoteHand-only-4-Frankfurt" offer from Thomas (he lives in Gallus,Frankfurt and knows his way round a data centre). Should you still not be convinced, our contract with TimeMatters enables us to deliver any parcel by air or road to any destination in the world.

What do we do to honour our delivery dates?
We regularly measure and evaluate our logistics providers in order to provide you with the best possible service. Random checks on tracking and delivery schedules are carried out on a regular basis.
Feedback is much appreciated. On-going improvements of our Import and Export Services is also at the forefront of our company activities.
